Gabrielle Consulting, Inc. is seeking a like-minded renter for two vacant offices in the Leadership Development Center, located at 3035 Eliza Road, Tallahassee (behind Honeybaked Hams on Capital Circle near Mahan).

COST: $200 per hour or discounted rate for daily rental

COST: $600 inclusive

INCLUDED: WiFi, phone, long distance, state-of-the-art security alarm, parking, utilities, digital marketing and marketing that includes new ribbon cutting to celebrate business joining the Leadership Development Center

RECEPTION: Beautiful entry with reception area

A/V: Use of 55" plasma, Apple TV, and all associated connections

TELEPHONE: Phone number is 850-878-LEAD (5323). Renter is permitted to make long distance domestic calls, 3-way calls, and use conferencing features at no additional cost. State-of-the-art phone system included.

OTHER AMENITIES: Free parking is available in the Powell Road lot (front of building) or the Eliza Road lot (side of building); access to large kitchen including refrigerator, restroom, storage, work room, furniture in common areas, breakout rooms. Fully accessible wheelchair ramp and entry. Front deck and landscaped.

PRINTER/FAX/COPIER: Access to state-of-the-art printer, fax, and copy machine for a discounted rate

CONFERENCE ROOM: Access to gorgeous, state-of-the-art conference room and larger meeting area to use on a space available basis at a discounted rate; furniture included.
